The three pie charts each represent a different statistic, relating to the lack of representation of women in healthcare. When overlapped they reveal a third piece of data.

This is a design concept that could be then applied to several companies and charities, a subtle flag to the data behind a lot of these issues. Instead of clearly stating a fact/figure this creates a conversation, which is often the pathway to acceptance and equality.
